As we gear up to celebrate America’s Sestercentennial, it’s the perfect time to pull over for a second, check our gauges, and realize just how much the spirit of freedom is hard-wired into the work we do every single day.
In the spirit of celebration and growth, here are a few ways we can perhaps elevate our game this year:
- START Listening to the Story: Every car has a story, and so does every owner. When we start the conversation by asking about their plans for the vehicle, we learn how to better serve their specific needs.
- START Sharing the “Why”: Just like those early innovators, our customers are curious! It’s helpful to explain the benefit of a service, not just the technical “what.” It empowers them to make great decisions for their “freedom machine.”
- START Investing in the Team: Continuous growth is the American way. Whether it’s through coaching, role-play, peer development, or ongoing training, giving your team the tools to succeed is a great way to celebrate their hard work.
