Our highly experienced trainer will contact your BDC manager for a complimentary consultation. Then we will collaborate on developing professional scripts that follow your scheduling software as well customized scripts for CSI, pick-up and delivery, follow-up calls, and recalls.
The Live Sessions
Each week we will spend one hour (more if you have over 4 agents) with your team at a designated time. We will listen to recorded calls so we can encourage, coach, and critique. We run contests, score calls, and incentivize great performance as you allow. This interactive training is critical to receiving maximum results!
Recorded Sessions
Everyone will receive a training manual and begin their 18 classes in Fixed Ops University. Your trainer will refer to these sessions often during live training and hold your team accountable for attendance.

A summary is sent to all management after each training session, so you are clear on what was accomplished and participation.
